What's in a name? A time eddy is a distortion in time and space. The first Doctor was caught in a Time Eddy when the time lords attempted unsuccessfully to transfer him to Omega's anti-matter universe in "The Three Doctors".
Time Eddy convention is an event being organized by the Kansas Doctor Who Corporation, a non-profit, fan run group registered in the state of Kansas.
