Biography:
Trudi Miller is an Assistant Professor of Computer Information Systems in the Computing and New Media Technologies department at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. She holds a Ph.D. in Management of Information Systems and Technology and research interests include video games, information systems, consumer health informatics, and user interface design. She has developed and taught dozens of courses in information systems and technology, including systems analysis and design, design patterns, programming, and information systems.
As a gamer, she has been hard at play for over 30 years. Her personal collection includes over 900 titles ranging from Mattel's Intellivision to all 3 current generation consoles (360, PS3, Wii) and iPad. She enjoys a variety of game genres, especially puzzle, word, FPS, action, adventure, and adventure/RPG hybrids. She brings the same dedication to video game collecting that she does to her career, and looks forward to discussing games with y'all!
