Biography:
Jess Bush is an Australian actress and artist, best known for playing Christine Chapel in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (2022-present). In 2011, she appeared in season 7 of Australia's Next Top Model. Her subsequent screen credits include appearances in the Australian TV series Home and Away (2017), Secret Daughter (2017), Skinford: Chapter Two (2018), Les Norton (2019), Playing For Keeps (2019) and Halifax: Retribution (2020).
Bush is also a visual artist. Her environmentally-themed installation Bee Totem received multiple rounds of funding from the Australian government.
